Kuala Lumpur, 25 February 2012 – Telecontinent Sdn Bhd has launched its first contact centre today in the Hampshire Place Office building situated in the heart of KL city. The centre is focused on delivering contact centre outsourcing and consultancy services. It caters mainly to the domestic market with the majority of the calls coming in from Klang Valley. The rest of the calls are expected to come in from the neighbouring countries which will also be served at this centre.
As an outsource service provider, Telecontinent will be managing contact centre operations for clients from various industries including telco, finance, ICT, retail and the government sector. The inbound services will be handling calls related to customer service, complaint management and technical support while the outbound services will look into revenue generating calls such as telesales and telemarketing including revenue assurance services such as telecollection. The company value adds the services by providing consultancy to their clients through business intelligence and analytics.
